Most of the BPO companies today do offer referral incentives program to their employees, this has become the faster and simpler way for BPO companies to recruit manpower without spending much in multi-million pesos advertising.  This program lures a lot of employees to take advantage of it as an additional income. Who will not be if for every successful referral  an employee  could get as much P15,000? The amount of referral incentive varies from company to company. There were some call center employees who earned P100,000 in a short span of 3 months. The question now is how? Information age made it easy to recruit individuals as some employees use Facebook, Popular Forums, and Text brigades. While for some, contacting their former colleagues is the smoothest way to refer. Truly, a win-win situation for both the employers and the employees. Less marketing and promotion for the company and  more money for its employees!

Holiday Pay  is one of the many questions Call Center employees are asking every time the government declares Holiday. On the other hand, for those who are working in a traditional working schedule, it is another chance for them for a long weekend vacation. It has been a regular question for Call Center employees how much they could really earn working on Holidays, as most of the time, these CC employees are required to work. Oftentimes, the management would required them to come to work and would normally declare it as a Critical Work Days as per company policy.
